Stress is a major problem that can be linked to excessive unhealthy eating or living an unhealthy lifestyle. A good action step is to relieve your stress by exercising (e.g. punching a heavy bag). Exercise causes the body to release "natural pain killers." That is why, after a hard workout, you will feel so good.
