Stress B complex vitamins such as Vitamin B15 (Pangamic acid) may help prevent hangovers. Eat foods such as pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, whole brown rice, and whole grains.
Consult with your doctor and ask how much vitamin supplements to take to stop headaches.
Vitamin B3, niacin, may help prevent severe migraine headaches. Found in healthy foods such as avocados, dates, eggs, fish, kidney, lean meat, liver, prunes, roasted peanuts, white meat, and whole wheat products.
Calcium and magnesium can also help alleviate headache pain. Take twice as many calcium to magnesium. Best source of calcium are cheese, dried beans, green vegetables, milk, peanuts, salmon, sardines, and soybeans.
Magnesium can be found in almonds, apples, corn, figs, lemons, green vegetables, grapefruit, nuts, and seeds.
